What is a virtual assistant?
A virtual assistant provides remote administrative support for businesses. Instead of hiring someone full time onsite, you outsource tasks like email management, diary scheduling, data organisation, and more, helping you save time and stay organised.
What types of businesses do you work with?
I work with small businesses, sole traders, estate agents, individuals and professionals who need flexible and reliable admin support. Whether you’re just starting out or established, I tailor my services to fit your unique needs.
Do you stay in contact while working with clients?
Yes, absolutely. I offer regular weekly or monthly check-in calls to discuss progress, priorities, and upcoming work. I'm also always available via email and messaging for day-to-day communication, so you're never left in the dark.
How do we communicate and share files?
We can communicate by email, phone, Watsapp or video calls, whichever works best for you. I use secure cloud services like Google Drive, One Drive and Dropbox to share and manage files, keeping everything easy and safe to access.
Can you help with Estate Agency administration?
Absolutely! I have over 15 years’ experience supporting commercial Chartered Surveyors and estate agents with tasks such as arranging viewings, chasing solicitors, managing sales progression, and organising paperwork.
How do I know my information is safe with you?
Confidentiality and data security are top priorities. I handle your information with care, following best practices and using secure tools to protect your data at all times.
What if I need help only occasionally?
No problem at all! I offer flexible packages and ad-hoc support to suit your schedule. Whether you need help one off or ongoing, we can find a solution that fits.
Do you offer in-house admin support?
Yes, I do! I can provide in person administrative support within a 10 mile radius of Easingwold, near York. For locations further afield in North Yorkshire, I’m happy to travel, however, mileage will be charged accordingly.
