If you run your own business or juggle multiple projects, you’ll know how quickly admin tasks can pile up. From emails and files to social media and event planning, it can be hard to keep on top of everything.


My client, Annie Stirk, who is a model, event co-founder and holiday cottage owner, reached out for admin support when things got a bit overwhelming. She didn’t need a full time assistant, just someone who could step in and make everyday tasks more manageable.

"In August 2024, I reached out to Beki because I was completely overwhelmed by the volume of admin involved in my various projects and didn’t know where to start. As a classic and lifestyle silver model, co-founder of Find Your Midlife Magic, a holiday cottage to manage, and working as an influencer, I wear many hats – and with that comes a lot of digital and physical clutter.


I had files everywhere – modelling photos in need of sorting and filing, sponsorship documents scattered across folders, overflowing emails, event planning spreadsheets, and content for social media.   • Managing and creating content for my holiday cottage’s Instagram, including engaging reels and scheduled posts for Barn Owl Cottage.


Beki’s structured, thoughtful approach helped me feel more in control and far less overwhelmed. She not only helped me get organised, but also gave me the confidence and calm to keep things running smoothly going forward.


As I said to her recently – she came in like an admin fairy, sprinkled her magic, and sorted things so it was all easier to find and then manage. And once you are sorted Beki is always on hand to come back on an ad-hoc basis when you might need her.
