Exciting News – I’ve Been Nominated!

I’m so thrilled to share that Blencathra Administration Solutions has been nominated for Best Professional Services Business in the YorkWorks Business Awards 2026!

As a one woman business, built from the ground up after being made redundant in 2024, this nomination really feels special. Every client, every project, every little task I take on is handled personally by me, and to be recognised like this is just amazing.

After being made redundant in 2024, I decided to take a leap and turn my skills in organisation, administration, and supporting busy business owners into my own business. Starting from scratch wasn’t easy, but it’s been incredibly rewarding to help businesses stay organised, efficient, and on top of their day to day tasks. Being nominated for Best Professional Services Business in the YorkWorks Business Awards 2026 feels like a lovely recognition of all the work I put in, and it reminds me why I love doing what I do.
